It is always great to get those beautiful shots of the Bride in a location of choice weeks before the wedding or in our case weeks afterwards, especially without the rush of the Wedding. It was such a joy to capture Charles and Denise's gorgeous wedding day! The Bride and Groom both reside in Washington, Dc but the bride is originally from New Orleans, La and wanted to share her unique N.O cultural with the love of her life and his wonderful family on their wedding day.
Charles and Denise met on a dating website for people aged 50 and over. They chatted online for a few minutes before exchanging contact information and the next day they talked on the phone for hours and talked daily until their first date. On their first date they met for lunch at a restaurant in Dc followed by a movie.
The two of them immediately clicked! They were both impressed with how easy it was to talk to one another and share the same values about relationships, marriage, family, finances, and spirituality. Three days later, they decided to close their dating profiles and focus on each other. "It was the best $15 we ever spent" They quote and the rest is history!
